I tried Hair Too after moving to Winsted last year. I was used to going to pricey salons in Avon. Keith is very talented and a wonderful colorist. I received a great cut and color with highlights and lowlights. I was very impressed and have continued to return. Keith is also up-to-date on the latest hair trends in cut and color and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Keith and Hair Too to any of my friends and relatives.
