I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I never have any trouble getting in touch with her or her staff as long as I go through the OhioHealth app. Sometimes I get responses back that day but always by the next. I’ve come in here for the past seven years. I moved to Dublin 2 years ago and still make the trip to Whitehall. I make the trip because I know I will be taken care of by the entire office.
Medical assistant has terrible attitude. Other staff is inept. Take your loved ones elsewhere
If I could I would absolutely give Dr Quade NO STARS Horrible experience she nor staff like returning phone calls for 1 She is careless When you bring up concerns about your health and doesn't do anything, She is beyond careless I scheduled 2 appointments I personally CANCELLED because of an emergency with my family in the same week I had to go out of town for... they dismissed me with no phone call nothing they called it a no show although I canceled the appointment and for no one to call me is beyond me I would not recomme... read more
Dr. Quade is amazing, she listens and explains, remembers her patients and cares more about our health and care than what the state may say she should. She practices what she preaches, and believes your care is between you and her, not for anyone else to dictate or control. Dr Quade is very intelligent, kind, and empathetic. Best family doctor I’ve worked with. The office staff is great too - my chart is super easy to use to schedule appointments.
