I love this Dr. She reads out loud what she is typing so your not left in the dark because she believes that it is your chart and should know what is going into it.
I chose Dr. Roberts as my PCP. I came from a Kaiser system and was truly unfamiliar with John Muir Health. I couldn’t get a new patient appointment with her until 4 months later. I was experiencing some serious medical symptoms so I went to Urgent care. They performed an MRI and told me to follow up with my PCP for further interpretation. I emailed Dr. Roberts’ to discuss option. She literally said, I can’t do anything for you until our appointment in 4 months and signed off “Warmly, Dr. Roberts”. Dr Roberts is a very bad doctor.She will not give a truthful spontanious answer to a question.She will not suppordt you in your care history from another doctor.she will not answer a question when asked.Her response is it depends on who you ask even though you are asking her and most disturbing is that while you are having coronary symptoms will walk out of the appointment telling you to make another appointment before you have finished with the appt you drove 45 minutes to take part in and paid for your dr is your employee.... read more
