Although she seems very young she has had great training. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and put me at ease. Staff is great alsp.. I just started seeing her. Glad I did.
Very attentive, she doesn't just brush off your concerns, she actually listens to everything you say in order to find a solution. I used to get anxious about going to doctors because I've been brushed off and not heard by so many. I love going to see her. I know I'm going to leave feeling heard and with some sort of resolution.
Dr Richmond is attentive, professional, and patient. I recommend her!!
