Office is, in my opinion, ridiculous. Can’t get a prescription for simple meds that you had before without missing work and going into office. Office it self is ugly and in a bad location . Saying won’t do things because it’s UPMC policy and I know for a fact and experience that is not true. Don’t waste your time.
Wonderful provider. She listens, she’s very reasonable and knowledgeable. I love the common sense approach to real world problems. Office always responds quickly when I need refills and she was happy to get me to a specialist when I needed it.
If I could give her less than 1 star, I would. I've never had such a bad experience with a provider before. Avoid this provider at all costs. Very rude, unethical, and unprofessional. Seek care elsewhere.
