On Friday, 11/10/23 @ approximately 9:00pm, Dr. Ramachandran introduced herself as my night doctor. She then began to berate me for undergoing a vital medical procedure. I recently had a serious surgery and Dr. Ramachandran had no empathy or respect for me as a patient. She rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I suggested to her that she start treating her patients with a modicum of respect, because some patients would retaliate against her gross treatment.
