Miss Palombi represented me in regards to an income property matter. I really appreciated her advice and guidance throughout the entire process. She brought items to my attention I probably would not have thought of otherwise and was especially in tune to not just the legal side of the matter, but also brought a unique business perspective as well which I think is often lacking in many attorneys. Jessica Palombi attended our Board of Directors (not allowed by our bylaws) without announcing herself as being the attorney opposing our association. She then questioned our Board without our Attorney being present! This is highly unethical.
