Jessica did a very thorough skin examination. She was kind and took her time explaining multiple spots in my skin. At other academic institutions, I was waiting for months for an appointment. Jessica had immediate availability and I waited less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Jessica for years now she’s amazing! She’s incredibly kind, thoughtful and really listens to my concerns. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable, but also takes extra time to explain everything and make sure all my questions are answered. I highly recommend her she’s the best!

Jessica hardly gave me the time of day, I have some major skin concerns and she acted like she was going to catch something by touching my skin. She didn't listen to my concerns at all. She did the bare minimum for any type of treatment. She was cold hearted and anything I said she denied me of talking about it in depth. She prescribed meds that haven't helped at all and didn't do any testing to see if I needed further treatment.
