She was 40 minutes late for my first visit. She was "double-booked" and, when queried further, "is frequently running behind". I wasn't too happy about this nonchalant response, and as a result, she started rushing through her series of questions that weren't making any sense, and I ended up leaving without getting anything out of this visit. The other doctors that I adore are diligent about staying on time as much as they can. I guess they understand that our time is important too!
Today both of my children went to see Dr. McIntyre. The practice was down staff and I know that she was swamped and probably really stressed. She could have rushed us and I would have understood given the circumstances. Instead, she answered all of our questions and really listened to us. We have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. McIntyre, but today she was exceptional. She is compassionate and really listens to her patients. I have been seeing Dr McIntyre for quite a long time now and she is sweet and kind,caring, and professional I have 0 complaints about her and her medical assistant is awesome as well........I highly recommend this physician
