First time having a genuinely easy and helpful appointment for a check up. Typically providers won’t even look at you as you speak or joke and chat with you more than the direct line of questions- NOT Jessica McCray- she smiled and looked at me as I answered. She looked like she really heard and processed what I told her about myself. I couldn’t have asked for better. I never leave the office feeling satisfied but today I did !
Ms. Jessica McCray was professional and shown great knowledge of my medical condition. She relates to me as a patient and looks out for my medical care with empathy and compassion. I appreciate the care Ms.McCray takes in looking at my health care issues.
