Don't use this place. I went in, they took my blood pressure and said they didn't have an EKG machine and sent me to the ER. Then they billed my insurance for almost 600.00, for taking my blood pressure?? Then sent me a bill for 31.00 over 2 years later saying it was 90 days overdue! This is the first time I received a bill from them in over 2 years. Shady!!!
I will say the doctor was nice, BUT stay away from this place. I was told I had a $40 copay and later they billed me $500. They have my debit card on file (which I Never allowed them to have on file) and email states they will deduct $500 from the debit card on file. Horrible company that steals from customers. When I spoke to my insurance, they told me I was billed incorrectly and to contact Carbon Health for the correct code numbers…well it’s been over 3 weeks and they haven’t gotten back to me through email and they won’t... read more
