I have been going to this vet for 30 years. I would never trust any other vet than them. They are very friendly, polite, and they have treated my previous 3 cats and my present kitten like friends instead of patients. Thanks for being the way you are👍🏻.
This clinic would not accept my cat who is having an emergency due to me being a “new client”. This is extremely ridiculous and very frustrating. I am deeply concerned and very scared for my cat’s health because he is slowly declining. This Clinic offered no help or sympathy, I am extremely disappointed. I was a student at Mankato West who had the opportunity to visit the clinic multiple years to learn more about being involved in Vet care. Very friendly pet lovers work here. From reception, to the vet tech, to Dr G, knowledgeable, gentle with my scared chihuahua. They explained everything clearly and gave plenty of time for questions and discussions.
