They told me my insurance would cover my lens replacement surgery- guess what - it didn't! $350 down the drain! I have Humana Insurance. My fault - I should have contacted them first. My new lens cost $6000 out of pocket. My wife recently had a checkup with Dr. Mark. How come she saw someone else? We are paying to see Dr. Mark , not someone else. Looks like it's time to find someone else.

Disorganised and unconcerned about the lack of professionalism on the part of staff. I split my visit in half and was taken to 3 exam rooms 2 stations and 2 waiting areas after being called back. At the last exam room and an hour half of waiting and being examined the tech exclaims “they didn’t do one of my test.” Another tech, “what are we doing?” Another, “were you dilated?
