Thank you Dr klemens for your excellent care. I could not have asked for or wanted anything better. I especially appreciated your calm and professional manner from start to finish. Your coworkers, office staff and Abington nursing staff were warm and efficient. I will highly recommend you to any woman needing your kind of expertise.
Dr. Klemens was so wonderful! This was my first appointment with her and she was kind, understanding, patient, and clear in her comments. She was very warm and made me feel comfortable. The person at the front desk was also very nice as was the nurse who took me back to the exam room. I was taken on time and treated with kindness and respect. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Klemens if you need an ob-gyn! Thank you!
My fiancé went in for a visit. She calls me a few minutes later crying because of how they treated her. Great job guys! Making a 8 month pregnant woman cry and feel uncomfortable. Maybe if someone would of called back since she has been calling since FRIDAY, it would of went a little differently. Highly unprofessional. Again Great Job guys
Being in the medical field myself and having a lot of friends and relatives that are physicians, I understand that OBGYNs are at a high level of stress much of the time. They have a lot to think about and take care of to keep their patients (and babies) healthy and safe. Maybe some people who have left reviews on here may have not had the best experience with customer service, but it has to be kept in mind that these doctors do what they can with the little time they’re given to see their patients. Unbelievable- my first visit after not having an exam for about 10 yrs. (I had a hysterectomy and was told it wasn't necessary, but I should have an ultrasound since I still had my ovaries. I was not impressed by the state of the exam room. It looked kind of dirty and old. There was a rip on the exam table. (they're partnered with Abington Hosp, shouldn't they be a little more presentable?)
