Dr Jara is a wonderful caring doctor. However, the scheduling system is a nightmare. I received an appointment card in the mail for a 2pm appointment but when I went to the office on time, I was turned away because the receptionist said I was scheduled for an earlier appointment. I never received a mail notice that it was changed and when the appointment calls come through it is always when I am in the store or driving - AND the person on the phone does not say that the appointment time was changed. As a younger patient in my thirties I feel as if my health concerns and symptoms were overlooked/dismissed and it seemed very unclear and rushed as to followup care and getting out of the office. I feel like I was pretty much shoo-ed away.
