I have been seeing Dr. DeStefano since i moved here in 2017, she has ALWAYS remembered everything i have ever told her. But my last visit before my insurance changed and i had to change PCP's, was very different. She basically treated me like I was a stranger, I had to repeat several issues that i had mentioned before to her, like how I wanted to explore the Autoimmune diagnosis further since a couple of my tests came back positive (meaning inflammation was found) and she just told me she wants to wait. I was told they were accepting new patients so I went through the process only to be called the next day to be told they’re not accepting new patients. But the website still says they are. Terrible service.
I been having chronic issues for over 10 years. Dr. Destefano is the first doctor to actually spend the time to listen to me and go over lab results with me. Thank you. 100% recommend.
I absolutely suggest this practice Dr. Destefano is amazing and she takes her time to listen to you and gets you the testing, medicines and specialists you need. I can’t praise this place enough. Even the staff is amazing. Thank you for all you do. 🙂
