Excellent provider. She is thorough and prompt in addressing my symptoms and care needs. I drive from Hendersonville to Hickory to keep her as my provider.
Hard to get a prescription refilled without me having to call into the office to ask them to respond to the pharmacy's faxed refill request, usually after I've asked the pharmacy to refax the request to her office.
I am getting no where with this PA. I was referred to a Dr. Yopundich more than a year ago and have never seen him. I have only seen Jessica Cain from day one and to make things even worse, I can't get a call back for at least a week when I call her with a question or problem so at this point I am looking for another Neurologist.

I saw her in October . I am still waiting for an intervention on her PLAN ?!? They will NEVER return a phone call . I have never been so ignored or disrespected by a “so called “ professional person !
