The staff is so very polite and professional and the doctors explain everything in detail and they actually listen to your concerns and give positive feedback.
Great patient care
First visit, as soon as Jessica Luke came in the room she put me at ease. So friendly, took the time to ask questions and listen. The parking lot was full and the waiting room was full when I walked in, thought I'd be there forever, but I only waited like 5 minutes in the waiting room and maybe 5 minutes when I got to the room.
I have been a patient at Aiken Urology for many years. I had successful surgery by Dr. Mack and have seen Jessica many times over the years to manage my urinary issues and medications. Jessica is very competent and friendly. I would never consider going to any other providers.
I felt very comfortable and relaxed! Mrs. Jessica gave me some wonderful advice that was very helpful.
