The tender nature of my doctor's care and attention has always been comforting. Jessica has a magnificent way of speaking about hard truths with eloquent precision. And for that I thank you.
She always makes me feel welcome, and at ease no matter what we are discussing. My daughter was with me that day, and Dr. Lehrfeld welcomed questions from her about my health, and answered her questions honestly and entirely. Dr. Lehrfeld is the best primary physician I've ever had!
Dr. Lehrfeld does an amazing job of relating to and caring for her patients. She takes the time to hear our concerns and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed.
I received excellent care. And I felt validated and respected.
Dr Lehrfeld always come into appt willing to help with my issues and really hears me. She seems to really care about me as a patient
All staff are always very friendly. Just wish I had more time with my primary caregiver.
I was surprised at how much time she gave me even though I knew how busy she was. Dr. L. Is a caring and demonstrate person. I'm so happy to have found her.
I can't leave a star as there is no minus stars...My experience with this "doctor" was nothing but frustrating, embarrassing and humiliating. She was sarcastic and snide, and not open to discussion. I had no recall of ever meeting her and she scoffed at that. I have only seen her assistants on all my visits. In about 10 minutes of uncomfortable accusations before she left the room...without a goodbye, I realized the visit was over. Never again. She's probably a nice person but as a patient, I'm expected to provide no ancillary information or ask about other treatment possibilities. She becomes offended. My 40 min appt lasted less than 10 minutes, which seems usual. I left never having discussed the blood clot in my leg or the large lump on my head from falling. She just never returned to the room. I had talked at length with a pharmacist about a possible medication and she just disagreed and wouldn't hear another expert's opinion. I felt shamed like a child.
