Had to arrange transportation for relative to get to appointment, which typically means a two week advance notice. Weather was bad the night before & roads were not clear. Called to let office know we'd be late & was told we'd need to reschedule. Only reason 2 stars is because I wasn't left on terminal hold. Sad option for healthcare.
Been lucky enough to have her as my doctor for 7 years . I'm 58 yo /disabled and have been thru a slew of Doctors . She is the only doctor who does not have her hand on the door waiting to leave the room to go to the next . You can ask her a ton of questions and when you are done asking , she always responds , is there anything else I can do . She is one of a kind , a gem in our broken healthcare industry .
My new Dr. She is wonderful, so glad i have her!!!
She listens and explains very well. Usually don't have very many conversations with doctors but she goes above and beyond.
