Until early 2025, a third-party medical biller was illegally trying to charge me $11,000 for his services and Dr. Kimmel's office did not put a stop to it until I ranted and raved over a two year period to multiple practice managers. If you don't want to end up in the same spot, get her to put it in writing that this won't happen to you.

I had a terrible experience with this office. My appointment was cancelled the moment I arrived. I was told that I was called multiple times to have my appt rescheduled but after confirming they had the correct phone number and double checking my phone, I saw that no one had attempted to call me and I had no missed messages, not even from unknown numbers. I do not recommend going to these offices unless you want a surprise cancellation.
