These “new” reviews from Jessica’s friends/family/coworkers are a pretty sad attempt at trying to cover my review… yall this is an HCA hospital. Do your research. She does not care about her patients, yall are just numbers to her. That was made very clear the second cancer was mentioned and slides from the biopsy were sent to an investigational genetic study without telling me. Love Dr Kang. She really listens, discusses her recommendations and follows through.
No call backs or video appointments. Answering service not required to pass on critical messages to a dr. No alternative dr on duty off hours. So disappointing. They are so uncaring.
