Very unprofessional team and Doctor. My mom been a patient with Dr. Kang, had shingles requested more medication for it the whole entire team did not inform me anything about Dr. Kang not feeling well or is out of the office. Instead they mislead with she’ll reply back to me within 24 hours. 24 hours past still no answer 48 hours just about oh we giving you a call today to basically tell you she doesn’t have any appointments, or if your mom isn’t feeling any better take her to urgent care or the ER.
