Dr. Jessica is a wonderful person! You'll notice that when you meet her. Intuitive, kind-hearted and skilled. Her practice has a OCT machine which scans your eyes and is included in every exam on all patients. That is kinda a big deal because other practices do that as a separate service. She and the machine picked up a problem with my eye that we now keep tabs on. If you want high quality frames, they have them! I have been in Florida 13 years and this has been THE BEST experience I have ever had in this state! I’ve been a glasses/contact wearer since I was 11 years old and I take my eye care very seriously. This is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to!!! Everyone there really takes the time to make sure you’re getting what’s best for you. They truly care about their patients. I also love how they invest in their patients. I didn’t have to get my eyes dilated for my exam which saved me the rest of my day for homework!!! Love this place.
These are the nicest glasses I’ve ever had, in 60 years of wearing them. Doctor Jessica is very thorough and detail oriented. And the lenses are the highest quality. Originally, I was so impressed with the Dr. Jordan and the effort she put into a patient’s care. She was working at a different company during this time. Then, I called a couple of mornings ago with an optical emergency and needed to be seen ASAP. The new office informed me that the visit would be well over $300, just for me to be seen. This price is ridiculous. I called another optical facility right away and they gave me a great thorough exam for $200 less than what Dr. Jordan’s company was requiring .
