I absolutely love Dr. Johnston-Rickert and her staff. She takes time to listen to my concerns and helps me make a plan to make my health the best it can be. She is knowledgeable without being preachy and is very attentive. I am in my 50s and she’s by far my favorite doctor I’ve ever had. Staff always calls me back same day when I have a concern & they also send me a msg thru the MyChart app. Big thumbs up from me.
Unfortunately I have to give this review. I think they tried taking this review down which does not make the office look good. I had an ingrown toenail procedure that cost 900 dollars. It didn't work. Also I could hear people in the office outside the examination room taking about the drinks they would have that night.
If you are transgender, DO NOT go to Dr. Johnston-Rickert. If you don’t fall into her strict definition of what being trans is (IE someone born with a vagina who wants a penis or vice versa) or if you have any mental illnesses, she will not prescribe HRT or do anything to help you transition (which, in turn, makes your mental health worse!).
