Dr. Rubin is amazing! She delivered both of my children and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She is the sweetest and I trust her with everything!
Our experience with Dr. Rubin and her office was, without question, the worst medical experience of our lives. We went in at 9 weeks pregnant and received devastating news that there was no heartbeat. What made this even more difficult was that this news was delivered by a sonogram technician—not the doctor. I’m currently sitting in the examination room, 1 hour and 13 minutes past the time I was told to come for my appointment and no sign of Dr. Rubin. I’ve asked the front desk multiple times what is causing the delay and all they keep saying is that “you’re next”. The most unprofessional practice.
Stay away from Dr. Rubin. She caused my wife to be infertile. Information is as follows: My wife went in for regular check ups and was told she had a fibroid. Dr. Rubin’s medical advice was to ignore it and stated that we could try and get pregnant. My wife wound up having an ectopic pregnancy. She called the office repeatedly, requesting to speak to a doctor about the pain and bleeding but they wouldn’t let her speak to a doctor.
