Very friendly and great customer service! Bilingual. Was recommended, great savings. Update: They let go a couple of great employees who were the ones who provided the great customer service and the high regards we had for this office and agent. Drastic change for the worse, to the point of having to search for another agent who could actually provide the services we need and deserve. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
When your sending information to your customer, please check their current address, we continue to get mail for Austin Fernandez, and this person and all of the family that comes along with him, no longer live at the address in his file, and haven't lived here for 4 years, update our records before sending garbage mail.
