Something to consider: I have recently been in contact with Dr. Peter Rienzi’s office about becoming a new patient. Frankly, the outcome of that conversation was concerning: One of my main concerns was patient wait times. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. The doctor (Schnakenburg) code my annual physical wrong. The PA (Green) coded my office visit wrong. Coded it as annual physical when it was a blood pressure check. I tried explaining to the office manager (didn't get her name) but she did NOT want to listen, very rude. I was told by the office manager; "this was submitted to insurance provide and there was nothing she could do". Not sure if this is insurance fraud or not. Bottom line, they take their general/family med patients for granted. They expect you to arrive early and then sit around until they have time to see you......regardless of when your appointment was, and are outraged when you call them out on it. My last two appointment (one Office one Tel Med) I left after waiting over a half an hour. I get it, flexibility is important: 5 -10, min I have no problem with. Dr. Gebhard is a very unprofessional, rude and quick judging Dr. He threw me out of his practice and will not let any other Dr. In office take me as a patient even though other Dr's. In office are taking new patients. All cause I disagreed with his suggestion and told him he did not care about his patients. He then proceeded to lie in his report about myself and my SO about what took place in his report. He doesn't care and very unprofessional. Doctors, PAs and Nurses are great, woman in billing dept is a scammer , bills insurance companies fraudulent claims on annual physicals and charges patients co-pays for things that were never performed! Office needs an Audit performed and find out how many patients have been billed for things not performed and how much this department has billed insurance companies for things not performed! 100’s of thousands of dollars? Doesn't have good bedside manner, dismissive. Referred me to a back specialist and when I said I haven't received a phone call from them yet he said "Well, good luck getting in." Why refer me if I can't get in? Definitely not friendly or helpful.

I had a appt. for a bad ear infection and found out I also had strep. After 5 days on z pack my ear infection got worse. I usually have not had this medication work for sinis and have always had to a second antibiotic. This time was no different. I requested Bactrim for the ear which started to clear yet after 3 days my throat began to get worse. I called the answering service to have a dr call me back. I saw her at CCP EXPRESS urgent care and she was so nice, listened to what I had to say, and was patient, understanding and knew what she was doing. Very nice Dr which is rare these days to find.

Julia Gross violates court orders and parents rights! She is very unethical and bias! Please be VERY VERY careful in this office. I have the evidence of you need to reach out!!
