Plan on spending at least 2 or more hours for any appointment. They do not care about your time. I have been here several times and have never been out in less than 2 hours, even when scheduling first thing when they open... Dr's are nice enough and seem knowledgeable but front office is hit or miss on being courteous. The medical profession needs to realize that patients time is just as valuable as theirs.

I love my doctor but this place is absolutely the worst at efficiency and throughput. I am here on the first day of the week and it's already two hours behind. You don't know that when you arrive but as you sit and wait and the day fades away you quickly wonder if you will ever see your doctor. If you don't mind spending all day here then this is the place for you.

This company used to be great but after being bought out at least two times it is the worst!! First, they said my husband was covered for eye problems and then they said just an eye vision visit and said not covered by insurance and charged $580!!! Then when I complained about how crazy for just an eye exam, they said that's too bad insurance didn't cover it and that is the cost of an eye exam!! $580!! After reading most of Dr. Meier's reviews, I think he was having an off-day today. But manners still do matter. In short, this morning he was running an hour late. When I asked his assistant why, she said that they had a few complicated cases this morning. Totally understandable. When I saw Dr. Meier; I asked why I was being seen one hour late. He said that there was traffic and it took him twice as long as his usual driving time. I shared that I do understand when traffic is an issue. In what I consider a testy way he said ... read more

Dr Siveraman and her entire staff are excellent. She explains everything and answers all your questions. Very knowledgeable about dry eye problems. She is so calm and caring and greatly appreciated.

I’ve had good care at the Blue Ash location with a specialist. However, today I went to the Fairfield location for the first time, for a simple exam. I waited 45 minutes to be taken back for exam by assistant. I was then escorted to another waiting room where I waited with lots of other people to see their doctor. I waited another 60 minutes. I have been trying to reschedule a surgery for a week now. I have called four times and have been told every time that the scheduler will call me back. This has to be somebody's idea of a joke. They apparently don't want my business.

While the quality of the medical care is outstanding, the entire appointment making process to the claims process is so bad that I now I plan on filing a complaint with the State of Ohio Insurance division. First the appointment scheduler took weeks of back and forth to schedule, you could hear her kids screaming in the background and yet she offered no real apologies for the lack of service. I had eye surgery done by Dr. Roxana Rivera on Oct. 14th,2022. She is an amazing surgeon and all of the staff at the Edgewood hospital are wonderful. I can't say enough on the wonderful care I received from the nurses. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Thanks CJH
