Zero communication. You'd have better luck speaking with a Mime. Edit. Jessica I've sent two emails to that exact email. Feb 21st was the first, and feb 24th was the second I believe. I've yet to get a response, hence the review.

Jessica is a true professional and very easy to work with. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted her for design consultation on our ensuite bathroom renovation. Her guidance and expertise was extremely helpful and the end result was outstanding. I won't hesitate to reach out to her in the future as needed.
Jessica transformed the walls of our main-floor rooms, stairways, and upper hallway from being a medium brown to a gleaming white: a task that required four coats. As well, the upper stairway has a wall rising 12 feet from a landing. She painted it beautifully, no mean feat given the height of that wall.
