First time service was incredible they actually listened paid $500 +tip. Second time brought my kids cuz I had a good experience there! Third time I came to get my hair styled for the event my hair was smoking smelled something burning told him it was burning but he didn’t speak English so didn’t understand. Showed pics of the style and the style was to not my liking i told her both sides of the head didn’t match when she was done I asked for Bobby pins to fix it myself. Curls went loose. Went in to get a color correction done by another stylist at a different salon. All staff was very friendly and welcoming. Natalie listened carefully to what I wanted and treated me like a queen. Close attention to detail! Very personable service. Will go back. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for some years now. I used to bring my sisters along for their hair needs as well. I came back today to get highlights and color. Jessica normally only charges me $150 max for balayage or highlights. Today she charged me $220 which is over $50 upcharge. I didn’t even get my hair has dark as I asked for. She used to be amazing but I’m not sure what’s going on now. Very disappointed.
