I had hair extensions done here a couple months ago and I’m extremely disappointed. From the start, the hair was very thin and did not feel like a full set. The application felt rushed and not carefully done. Now, after only a short time, the extensions are falling out quickly, leaving my hair looking patchy and messy. I had a terrible experience at another salon that left me embarrassed and upset about my haircut. I reached out to Jessica that same night, and she kindly fit me in the very next day. She and her amazing team worked their magic and completely corrected the damage from the previous cut. I couldn’t be more thankful for Jessica’s skill, professionalism, and kindness. The salon has such an informative, welcoming, and educated atmosphere I left not only looking better but feeling better, too. Thank you for everything!!
