The tech wasn't sure how to get x-rays of my mom's mouth since she was in a wheelchair. It was an issue with dentures. I wasn't sure if x-rays were needed. The interaction with the doctor was positive.
Dr Tony is a humble and polite gentleman who takes pains in answering your questions and providing the best care there is. We had been looking at 5 previous dentist around our area and I would never recommend them to any one. The staff knows there job and can handle your insurance issues extremely well. Both of us feel so relaxed that we have finally found Bright Now Dental on Auto Parkway.
The dental hygienist was pushy, but the rest of the staff was very helpful.
Went here with a toothache and they couldn’t figure out my insurance that I received from another Dentist and sent me away without asking if I had any other form of payment check or cash was a horrible experience asked for Buku information believe me I work right across the way and I will be spreading the word not to go here with horrible didn’t even get to talk To a dentist…….
This is the worse dental office I have ever been to. I just moved to the area and needed a regular cleaning. That is all I asked for. They took unnecessary xrays that were not covered by my insurance and quoted me over $800 for a deep cleaning and replacing perfectly fine fillings. I had a deep cleaning 4 months prior and didn’t need another one. NEVER GO HERE!
