I have been going to Jessica for 5 years now. I had massive amounts of postpartum hair loss and sat in her chair in tears for my very first appointment. She has patiently guided me through all the phases of regrowth, and I have come to trust in her expertise and honest advice. She not only does an amazing job with my hair, she is an incredibly sweet human and I look forward to every appointment.
Great cut every time
I can’t recommend Jessica enough. She has this rare balance of really listening to what you’re asking for while also confidently stepping in with ideas when you’re not quite sure what you want. I’ve come in with everything from very specific requests to (more often) total “I have no idea, help me” moments, and every time I leave feeling like she absolutely nailed it. I went to Jessica for 5 years and in that time I had no problems. I referred clients to her. I debated on posting a review for a while because I truly think she is skilled and it feels off putting to write a “negative” review but my experience really unsettled me.
