Nina the administrative assistant is worthless and rude. I had surgery and got a metal plate in screws in my wrist. Dr. Figueroa told my work I was good to go back to work TWO WEEKS after surgery. I am honestly shocked to see this doctor and the staff have any good reviews. Only use this office if absolutely desperate.
She was approachable and professional.
Dr Figueroa and her staff are all superb. Could not be more pleased.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Figueroa. She was awesome . She examined my hands. Explained my condition, presented several options very clearly. She was very knowledgeable and thorough.She was very kind and considerate. I greatly appreciated her approach , and I highly recommend her.
