Working with Jess was the best decision I made for myself this year. I bought two 6 session packages and definitely want to work with her again in the near future. I really felt seen, safe, and supported. She really has a gift for helping her clients through the deep process of re-wiring triggers. I would recommend her for anyone wanting to positively transform their life and relationships.
I highly recommend Jessica as a therapist and for her work with emotional trigger re-wiring. I have seen Jessica for both private and couple's sessions, and also for trigger re-wiring sessions, and every session I have ever had with her has been so fruitful. What I get out of each session with Jessica goes way beyond what I've gotten out of most standard therapy sessions. Jessica is some of Boulder's major talent in the therapy world and we're lucky to have her here.
