Unprofessional has poor time management and no common courtesy. Very first appointment, she showed up 10 minutes late, not so bad but her office door was locked and I was sitting in a hallway. A few minutes more and I would have left. Went in for several treatments over the next 3 weeks. Then had an appointment a week ago buy she didn't show up.
