Called to ask a question and get info. Was on hold for over 5 minutes (which is fine, I understand it gets busy) and then Renee answered rudely and when I asked my question she didn’t answer but put me on hold where I waited some more only to take a survey. If this is the service now I definitely wouldn’t want to proceed.
Dr. Eckert is a phenomenal pediatrician. She cares not just about your kids but you as a parent. When my one twin had his lobe of his lung removed she came to visit him and to see how we were holding up. Keep doing what you are doing!
We recently switched to Dr. Eckert. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in her role. She was extremely communicative both during and after our appointment about our daughter's health. I highly recommend her.
