Dr Eckert is one of the most reputable and compassionate pediatricians my family has come across (as well as Dr Horowitz, Dr Walsh, and Dr Jadhav). Dr Eckert shows that she truly cares for her patients and their well being. Thankful to have found her !
Dr. Eckert has been my daughters pediatrician since birth and we wholeheartedly trust her. Being first time parents we were concerned with issues that came up in our baby’s first year of life but Dr. Eckert always eased our concerns by presenting facts with warmth and compassion. We live thirty minutes away and will continue to travel in order remain under Dr. Eckert’s care.
I am deeply concerned with the treatment my 9-year-old received under this provider’s care. Despite presenting legal court documents that outlined my rights as a father, they were disregarded entirely. My child was placed on antidepressants without exploring alternative treatment options, and it became an incredibly challenging and prolonged process to have my son taken off of them. Called to ask a question and get info. Was on hold for over 5 minutes (which is fine, I understand it gets busy) and then Renee answered rudely and when I asked my question she didn’t answer but put me on hold where I waited some more only to take a survey. If this is the service now I definitely wouldn’t want to proceed.
