Provided care in a professional and polite manner
Dr. Cooper is an absolutely phenomenal PCP! Her entire team in her office such as Jacquleen, MA, the nurses, front desk staff and the APPs are so helpful, kind, and caring! Thank you again for all that you do!
Only giving one star because there is no option for negative stars. My partner was a patient of hers. She is an incompetent Dr. We got no where with her. She talks a big talk in appts. But after that you get nothing. Couldn't even get meds regularly. If you need a PA forget about it. We switched to a new Doctor. I would not suggest putting your health care in her hands.
Dr Cooper always takes time to listen to my concerns and gives back detailed information. She is patient, kind and straight to the point. 10/10 would recommend.
