Dr Dowda listens carefully to my concerns and speaks at length with me about them. She respects my feedback and regards the knowledge I have about my personal health needs. She is courteous and kind.
I have only met Dr. Dowda twice and seen her as a patient once. I found her to be kind, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I have major concerns wiith MyMichigan in general because of their narrow approach to health care (Holistic Drs are nowhere to be found in the "Find a Dr portal") and with the excessive charges they bill patients for that have nothing to do with health care and everything to do with "Facility Fees". Dr. Dowda is very easy to talk to. I always feel heard and respected. I leave appointments with a clear course of action for working towards improved health. I've also had a good experience with all of the nurses and office professionals there.
