Services are over priced when u have to wait over 45 minutes past your appt time. Very rude at front desk.

Brought my dog in for his annual physical. Kayla at the front desk had no record of the appointment and no apologies. She suggested I must have called the wrong vet’s office but she acknowledged the number I called was their number. Frustrating since making the appointment was a time consuming endeavor due to lengthy hold time (well over 10 minutes). We had our dog neutered here in July, the medical care was great, unfortunately the customer service left a lot to be desired. It's very chaotic at check in, the staff are reluctant to make eye contact and be forced to deal with you, so you kinda have to guess how the "Check in/Check out" works. We dropped our dog back for boarding today, same issue at check in, check out was a disaster. Like most Vets the staff comes and goes, though the retention here is better than most. The experience starts when you walk in. A fairly new addition to the staff is Briana. She is wonderful, caring, attentive to your needs, and obviously good at her job. She takes the time to know your name and greets you with a warm smile and hello. Personally this means a lot to me and one of the reasons I recommend Westfield Animal Hospital .
