⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Westfield Veterinary Group. After having a very upsetting experience at another veterinary office, I came here feeling worried and frustrated about my cat’s condition. From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She showed genuine compassion and concern and was able to get us seen right away. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Westfield Animal Hospital and will not be returning. My dog was having eye inflammation, and after the visit, I was given an eye ointment without any testing to determine the actual cause of the problem. Later, it turned out that the issue was related to allergies, not an eye infection. Because the proper cause was not identified from the beginning, the treatment did not help at all. Tessie loves Westfield animal hospital!! Dr DeSimone is so caring and thoughtful and we always trust that our pup is getting the best care around. And have you ever heard of a dog who looks forward to going to the vet?? She jumps right out of the car to greet her friends at the front desk. We highly recommend Westfield animal, they’re the best!

I have been a client for 10+ years. At my last visit, I was waiting over an hour to be seen. I was delayed because an aggressive dog needed to be taken into an exam room first even though I was there before them. Fine, I told my pup to be nastier in the waiting room next time. The exam was brief and uninformative. It felt very impersonal. My dog received his rabies vaccination but I was not given the certificate. I went to Westfield animal hospital and was helped by Kenia. She was so helpful and compassionate in what was a very difficult time. I am so thankful to her. She’s great at her job
