I’ve been seeing her every now and then since Q3 2018, and the conversations we’ve had have made a big huge positive impact on my life and how I conceptualize my issues. She makes great arguments!! Very welcoming environment as well, I personally highly recommend :]
She told me that she was skeptical of my diagnosis the first session. Said that I "had so many of them", that it was "unlikely" that I had all of them. A therapist should listen and attend to your needs, not put you down and make you feel bad about yourself.
Jessica is a wonderful therapist that helped me tremendously when I was newly widowed a few years ago. Her insight and understanding of my situation gave me desperately needed feedback and information that I find invaluable to this day. 5 big gold stars.
