Dr Jessica Dacus is a good listener, focused, and takes time with me at appts. I am pleased to have a PCP who is caring and respectful.
Dr. Dacus is very attentive, listens well, and provides comprehensive medical advice. I really like her approach as a D.O.
She listens and works collaboratively with me. Very respectful. Non judgmental about the fact that I use chiropractic and homeopathy. It is a real relief to have a doctor I trust and who will trust me to know my body and my needs.
Caring, intelligent person
Dr Dacus is everything one could hope for in a primary care physician. She is knowledgeable. She listens and never seems in a hurry. She seems very adept at the procedures she performs, for example when she drained fluid from my elbow. And perhaps most important, she is a genuinely kind person. I would only wish there were more doctors like her!
My last visit was supposed to be a complete physical. Dr. Dacus told me that she didn't think Medicare would cover it but I found out that they do cover it. Not only that but my other insurance also covers it. So I had a brief check-up and I'm not hurrying back until I have a fever and a cough so there will be no doubt in her mind that I should have a complete physical.
Dr. Dacus has been my pcp for almost five years. She has seen me through some very difficult diagnoses, managed my treatment with a team of specialists, and has always been there for me through this life-changing process. I can not imagine anyone else handling my care and treating me with her level of compassion and expertease.
I saw her before my knee replacement surgery. She was very thorough and listened to me, showed concern for my blood levels that might affect the surgery. Had lab tests done.
