I went to the walk-in clinic after falling and injuring my knee and Jessica was very thorough in examining the injury, getting x-rays and following up the next day. I appreciated her clear directions for the care that I was to do over the next couple of days before seeing my primary doctor.
Very pleased with the professional service. The choices I make about the direction of care are respected while I'm provided with information that allows me to calculate the risk/benefit of those decisions.
