I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Jessica Castellanos Díaz. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:00 AM, and it was canceled that same morning because I was told the doctor would not be coming in. No explanation was provided. My appointment was rescheduled for the following day, and unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again—the appointment was canceled that morning because the doctor would not be coming in, again without any clear explanation or reasonable notice. Disorganised office and miscommunication between staff and the Doctor. After two months of back-and-forth with exams (wrong ones ordered), the visit was changed from in-person to virtual. It felt like speaking with a robot. The Doctor was unclear and changed versions from the last visit to this one. Save time and find another Doctor. Awful.
Dr. Castellanos-Diaz is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She really wants to find the root cause of one's condition. She will do a thorough evaluation with the necessary lab work and imaging that is needed. Thank you Dr. for listening to my concerns and not taking mympast medical history at face value. It is hard to find great doctors these days.
Dr. Castellanos literally saved my life.... she is very professional and proactive with her patients... She is a whippersnapper and i will dearly miss her so much. i wish her the best wherever she goes.
