I had a wonderful experience at Oregon Surgery Center. Dr Lloyd is amazing, very caring and gets the job done. Every one of the nurses were caring and happy.
She went over the details of my surgery, made sure I understood the procedure. she did not hurry, she was absolutely great.
Doctor Lloyd was very professional, yet down to earth with making me feel heard, comfortable and explaining a solution to my current situation. I feel confident with having her do my surgery in the upcoming future.
I loved Dr. Lloyd right away. She talks you through all the options and gives you hand-outs that further explain what will happen. She asked if I had any questions, and that gave me a chance to ask the questions I had. I was so excited to have the procedure done and have it simply my life, but she was booked up until January. I honestly wish Michaela French, NP, and Dr. Lloyd were my primary care providers. I've dealt with ongoing medical issues, countless injuries and surgeries, and I've had to have a brain tumor monitored since I was 6 years old. I'm 42 now, so I've seen more doctors than I can count. I've never felt more listened to, cared for, or taken seriously than I have at this office.
