Update: 2026 I'm looking for a new Urologist. This has to be the WORST run office in the Eugene/ Springfield area. I refuse to TRY and deal with ignorant people. Unfortunately, Ms. Lloyd doesn't address the office issues she is associated with. Why should I? Insurance approved procedures but I didn't get them because of scheduling [for almost a full YEAR]. Office put in for a different procedure with Insurance. Denied because the office put 'one word' for the reason - incontinence... REALLY? I would have denied. Now, waiting... read more

Dr. Lloyd is AWSOME!!! I was "dropped on her doorstep" after an emergency bout with kidney stones and a very serious infection. She took excellent care of me and I intend to be her patient as long as she is in practice
