Dr. Dai and her staff have been phenomenal to work with. My elderly father suddenly developed kidney issues and Dr. Dai is thorough but patient and listens to both my dad and the family members concerns. She did a great job outlining options and next steps based on his specific health needs. Highly recommend! Her explanations were clear and outlined usual steps versus what might be best for our situation without us needing to ask a number of questions.
