Dr. Borrero is a great PA in my personal opinion.
Jessica is extremely welcoming. My visit with her left a great impression. She listened as I described my health issues, she was very attentive. She offers options to get to a good solution for my health care. I’m inquisitive so I ask a lot of questions and she gave helpful responses and possible solutions. We address each issue head on with good realistic goals that I could work towards. She is a great PA whom I was more than happy with her. Sad to see her go!!
I appreciate the care that I received over the past year. Oak Street is always prompt and on time.
Jessica is very knowledgeable and informed and shows concern about my health problems and needs. She keeps me updated with my appointments and blood work has needed.
