I'm not sure if this is a beauty supply store or a museum of indifferent humans, but it's a toss-up. The staff's knowledge of the products they sell can best be described as a deep and abiding ignorance. I asked for a recommendation for a moisturizer, and the employee pointed vaguely in the direction of an aisle, as if to say, "The answer lies within you, and also over there somewhere." Being from the Midwest, I had grown accustomed to the beauty supply stores having everything I need in one place. I really couldn’t find that until I came here. Eugene was very helpful and I’m happy that I don’t have to drive around North Dallas going to different stores to find what I need anymore.
