I Visit first time for my haircut to Jessica salon I want butterfly cut the service was amazing at reasonable price lot of my friend asked me about the haircut .Now I decide to always visit the Jessica salon .
Came in for a hair spa, Fruit flies buzzing around, dirty and depressing ambience, and service so bad. If this is their idea of “spa,” I’d hate to see their idea of “clean.” I was asked to pay cash to avoid tax- I paid full price plus tax! NO BLOW DRY The receptionist started creating a scene (no sense of customer service) Low quality- start to finish Zero customer service and poor ambience Complete waste of time and money! Absolutely Awful and disappointing experience! Not recommended at all
