Brought a small dog in for weekend boarding which included giving the dog oral medications. Step by step instructions were ignored. Medicine I provided for high blood pressure was ignored and when they were confronted with the medicine issue I was told it was not provided to them. Funny I have been keeping and had given them a written daily medicine history but I forgot to give them the high blood pressure medicine. I have taken my cat to Dr. Josh for veterinary care and have also boarded her with The Board Room. Very satisfied with the care that she received. Have also brought my two new puppies in and we all had a great time during their first and subsequent exam. Professional atmosphere and beautiful facility.
